Pollution! In Los Angeles? No way!

I read an article today on Yahoo! (definitely one of their filler stories) today about the most polluted cities in the country.  Was I surprised that four out of the top five cities were in California?  NOPE.COM,

-FYI for those of you wondering Los Angeles was #2, and Bakersfield was #1.

Although the article was great to read as a filler story; I couldn't help myself from becoming annoyed by it.  Too often Yahoo! comes out with these "ranking articles" that truly do nothing but inform you of how screwed up a situation is.

Best way to Crush Hunger!!! Must READ!

Is that a banana in your pocket or are you just stopping my hunger?  HA!

That's right bananas are the best hunger crushing food out there.  Thank God because after the popularity of Bananas in Pajamas fizzled out I didn't think we would ever have use for them again. lol.

According to Shine bananas are loaded with Resistant Starch, a healthy carbohydrate that fills you up. Additionally, bananas help boost your metabolism.  Nice!

Any who, Shine gave a number of options on how a banana can be prepared just in case you bore easily.....

Banana Iced Cream
Banana Salsa (sounds nasty)
Broiled Banana (might be pretty good, if they taste anything like fried bananas)
Coffee and Banana Smoothie
Tropical Banana

Why do I feel like I just watched a scene from Forrest Gump! HA!

Any who, go ahead and make bananas a part of your diet.  At least next time you can blame that lump in your pants on your banana!
