Truth about foods!

According to Men's Health there seems to be quite a bit of myths that plague certain foods we eat and therefore avoid.  Many of them due to scientists and researchers jumping to conclusions when it comes to certain amounts of one particular food.  Below are 15 popular myths about foods many of us have come to believe as truth over the years!

1.  Too much protein hurts your kidneys. 
2.  Sweet potatoes are healthier than white potatoes
3.  Red meat causes cancer
