The Royal Wedding

Facebook, Myspace, Blogspot, Yahoo!, Google, TV, Newspapers, and porn………….it’s like everywhere I look I see………..ROYAL WEDDING, ROYAL WEDDING, ROYAL WEDDING!  IF I HEAR THE NAME KATE MIDDLETON ONE MORE TIME….CHIGADO!

I hate to be a hater (well most of the time), but what’s so important about this wedding?  Can someone please educate me on the “why?” of all this.


As far as I know, the royal family has no power, and its basically just there for “show and tell,” right?  Please feel free to school me on the matter.  The only true connection I can make to the popularity of this particular wedding is that William is Princess Diana’s son.  But, other than that I still don’t understand it.  

Either way I guess it’s a good day when most of the world’s attention is focused on a wedding instead of a war, or some sort of evil occurring.  

For now, I’m over it.
