Fifth Face at Mount Rushmore?

I posted this earlier during the week on my blog -- "El Blog de Steve"  I live in Iowa and have been to Mount Rushmore many times.  Next time you go to Mount Rushmore or see a pic of it, try and look at it sideways.  Why?  It looks as though there is a fifth face that is looking up at the sky.  This is a picture I took when we went to Mt. Rushmore about 3 years ago:

To me, it looks like a fifth face.  Not sure who, but I am convinced it is a face.  I have heard others say the same thing. 

My question is:  Was this planned or just a coincidence?
