Can anyone say, DRAMATIC? That's exactly what AI was last night. The bottom 3 contestants were definitely not a surprise to me, well maybe just a tad.
So, the bottom three were comprised of Thia (obviously, sorry I know she can sing but you need to have some sort of personality. Thia has NONE!), Stefano (this was a bit shocking to me), and Casey Abrams (I said it in my recap on Wednesday, "I would not be surprised if he was in the bottom three." He needs to stop screaming and grunting into the mic and start signing. His personality is only going to do so much for him).
Two things I need to point out about Idol Last night.........
1. Casey was saved by the judges before even singing his "sing for your life" song. I get why the judges saved him, but I don't think it will do him any good. Casey is a very talented musician, but I'm starting to see him more as a future phenomenal producer than a performer. I don't think the save is going to do any good. Casey will be sent home. That's my take on it. What do you guys think? Do you agree with the judges or should Casey have gone home?
2. I wasn't able to cross anyone out of my American Idol picture board, so for that I say "you suck judges!"
Here is a clip of last night: Casey being saved by the judges, ENJOY!
